Pin Codes

Synopsis

For users of the Blue Runner till system to be able to purchase items when biometric consent has not been given, Users will need to be issued a pin code for use at the tills, please follow the procedure below to find users pin code / generate new pin code:-

Procedure 1 - Find pin code

1. Login to Blue Runner back of house
2. Open Children window using the left hand menu
3. Search pupils name as per diagram

4. Open actions menu and select manger cards

5. From the Edit Child menu select Biometric Consent

6. On the Biometric Consent windows, place a tick in the Consent Granted box and select the date

7. After entering details press the save button, the consent information will be displayed on the left hand side of the windows

Please give 30 minutes for the till system to update information before sending pupils to have finger prints registered.
